Since the founding of Integrationshaus, volunteers have been supporting individual refugees and migrants as buddies, patrons, mentors, educational partners and learning helpers, providing active assistance, supporting events, and/or implementing their own ideas in Atelier VIA. They are supported by training courses, professional guidance and reflection groups, a central coordination office, and many employees in the projects for which they work.
